Moranbah Village features more than 1,200 standard ensuite rooms, along with a range of recreational services and facilities. This included a bar, a gym, a large eatery and an on-site convenience store. Kehoe Myers Consulting Engineers undertook the Civil, Hydraulic and Structural Engineering works. The overall design intent incorporated minimal maintenance required during operation. The design was based around using the latest Hutchinson Prefabricated Buildings design especially for this project. As these were totally prefabricated buildings, detailed services considerations were used, and we adopted joint servicing trenching to minimise construction effort and time frames.
