Stanthorpe Hospital Staff Accomodation

The Stanthorpe Hospital Staff Accommodation project included upgrading 35 rooms across 2 houses, 1 portable accommodation building, and a multistorey structure.

We were engaged to provide Civil, Structural, and Hydraulic design and documentation for the building works and associated siteworks.

Our Civil Engineering scope involved designing and documenting siteworks for the new carpark adjoining Ludlow Lodge.

Hydraulic design and documentation included domestic water supply, fire hydrant coverage, and upgrades to sanitary plumbing and drainage systems.

Structurally, our scope included the design and documentation of footings, ground floor slabs, suspended floor structures, as well as wall and roof framing, including upgrades to existing elements.
