Rocky's Own Transport Depot

Kehoe Myers was engaged by Brown and Hurley for the design and documentation of the proposed New Parts Shed at their location in Toowoomba. 

We completed the Civil Engineering required during Planning Phase as well as coordination of the project team. 

Upon acceptance of the concept design we completed the detailed design and documentation of the Civil, Hydraulic and Structural Engineering services. 

The Stormwater drainage on the site proved to be complex with a unique solution of creating a culvert drain underneath the building being completed. 

The Structural Design involved design of footings and slab (accommodating the culvert), the suspended steel floor landing structure and stairs, the reinforced precast concrete (tilt-up load bearing walls which also acted as retaining walls below floor slab level.
