Regional Trade Distribution Centre

With the aim to boost rapid access to international markets for agricultural producers, the Regional Trade Distribution Centre contains total floor area of 4000m2, the centre includes 1500m2 of refrigerated storage, freezer rooms and temperature-controlled transit areas as well as large transit and covered external storage areas. 



• Kehoe Myers were previously engaged to provide the Civil Design Services for the internal roads and Services Infrastructure for the entirety of the Wellcamp Business Park. Our Civil Engineering team workshopped Concept Road network to bring shape to the overall Precinct which required careful consideration of the possible end uses for each area. 

Our team was engaged to undertake the Civil and Hydraulic works for the facility.  The Civil and Hydraulic design involved road and carpark design, water supply and stormwater drainage infrastructure, additional works included Local Authority Applications. We also provided construction phase services.
