Kehoe Myers were engaged for the Civil, Structural and Hydraulic Design and Documentation, and Construction Phase Services on this project. 

The Civil Engineering Services included engineering advise regarding the development, attendance at prelodgement meetings and project meetings, engineering infrastructure report and stormwater management report. The Design and Documentation of general siteworks, stormwater drainage, and erosion and sediment control were also included in the Civil Engineering Services. 

Hydraulic Engineering Services included the design and documentation of domestic water supply, and sanitary plumbing and drainage. 

Structural Engineering Services consisted of the design of footings and slabs, wall and roof framing, and alterations to the existing roof framing. 

The Construction Phase Services included routine inspections throughout construction, and attendance at site meetings.
