Clearspan C/O JRS Manufacturing

Kehoe Myers was engaged by Clearspan c/o JRS for the design and documentation of the extension to the manufacturing facility in Wilsonton. 

The Civil Engineering design involved general siteworks including driveway crossover, vehicular access areas, carparking and site drainage as well as stormwater drainage and erosion and sediment control. To minimise construction costs we utilised the storage capacity within the proposed stormwater system which eliminated the need for a rainwater storage tank. 

The Hydraulic Engineering design included Fire water supply, domestic water supply, Sanitary P&D Applications and Roof Drainage Design. 

Structural Design involved detailed footing calculations to accommodate the machinery being installed. This machinery required isolated piled footings to minimise any movement, the overall slab was a reinforced slab. We also completed the structural design and documentation of the covered areas and Tilt-ups.
