Current Positions

Junior Design Technician

We’re looking for a Junior Design Technician to join our Hydraulics, Structural, and Civil teams. This role involves drafting designs for various Commercial, Industrial, Education, and Health Projects. We welcome applications from recent school graduates with a background in graphics or candidates with relevant experience.

The ideal applicant will have:

  • Familiarity with graphics subjects or experience with AutoCAD (Revit experience is advantageous).
  • A strong interest in engineering design and drafting.
  • Excellent time management, organisational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively and work both collaboratively and independently.
  • A motivated, energetic, and reliable attitude.

Graduate Positions

We are seeking Under-Graduate or Graduate Engineers to join our team. Responsibilities will include design, engineering tasks, site inspections, and report writing.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be currently studying or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Demonstrate proactivity and strong communication skills.
  • Hold a valid driver’s license.
  • Have experience in construction, property development, or the engineering industry (preferred but not required).

You will receive mentorship from our experienced team and work on exciting, worldclass projects. This role offers direct access to Directors, Clients, and a diverse range of tasks.

Structural Design Technician

We are seeking a skilled Structural Design Technician to join our team.

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in structural drafting, showcasing a track record of creating detailed and accurate designs.
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with hands-on experience using these tools to produce high-quality drawings and models.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of design requirements, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all projects.
  • Experience in developing Revit families, which is highly desirable and will enhance the efficiency of our design processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and other team members.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-standard work.

Civil Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team. As a Civil Engineer, you will assist in designing and planning civil projects, prepare detailed drawings and documentation, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Your role will also involve conducting site inspections, managing contract administration, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations, and supporting senior engineers and project leads in various tasks. Additionally, you will participate in project meetings and contribute to planning and execution efforts.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in Civil Engineering.
  • Proficiency in civil engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Understanding of Australian engineering standards and regulations.
  • Driver’s License

Hydraulic Engineer / Designer

We are looking for a talented Hydraulic Design Engineer or Senior Hydraulic Drafter with expertise in fire systems and sprinkler design to lead and mentor a small team within our Structural team. The successful applicant will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Hydraulic Design/Drafting or a Diploma in Hydraulic Services Design, with a commitment to ongoing professional development and lifelong learning.
  • At least 5 years of Australian experience in technical design and documentation of hydraulic and fire systems within building structures, including sanitary, plumbing, stormwater drainage, cold and hot water service design, irrigation, and fire systems.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D & 3D, Revit Architecture & MEP, and Civil 3D, with BIM implementation experience being a plus.
  • Experience in Civil Engineering Design is highly regarded, with a desire to further develop expertise in this field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, innovative thinking, and the ability to work on a variety of projects across Australia.
  • Proven leadership abilities, including the skill to coach and mentor team members, alongside excellent organizational and written communication skills.
